Bookings:

All appointments must be booked in advance — no walk-ins accepted. Arrive 15min before the appointment time.

Booking requests can be made via Email or WhatsApp. Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation.​

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Please be courteous and cancel within 48hrs.

Rescheduling offered subject to availability.

No-Shows:

Frequent no-shows may limit your ability to book in future.​
